We are Roman Catholic Christian believers who join together to bring Faith, healing and disease prevention to the community; we follow a holistic model for health
care, knowing and embracing the truism that spiritual wellness is essential to a
complete state of health; we form a network of support and act as a source for referrals, linking
the appropriate community services with those in need; we seek to provide on-going health
care education to empower the community toward self-care and care of others.

To provide limited, secure counseling services and referrals to
appropriate community agencies.

To provide basic health screening opportunities for the parish community
at least six (6) times per year.

for individuals within the community
to better care for themselves and others.

To promote the Parish Nurse Program and recruit other nurses as well as
ancillary personnel to increase
the holistic wellness of our parish community.
